  • ‘Visitor’ refers to individuals who engage with us on our website, or who enquire about our functions or activities via electronic means.

  • ‘Applicants’ refers to individuals who apply for employment or other engagement with us.

We may also collect your Personal Information from third parties, such as:

  • Accountants, auditors, and valuers

  • Aggregators and conveyancers

Other disclosure to third parties

We may collect and disclose your information to third-party contractors that provide services to Funding Loop. In these instances, your information will be treated as confidential and used strictly for the purposes authorised by Funding Loop.

Additionally, Funding Loop may share de-identified or limited Personal Information with carefully selected third parties so they can offer relevant goods or services (e.g. business finance, FX solutions, merchant services) that may be of interest to you.
